Expert Testimony | MRichardsConsulting.com
Finding the right expert for your banking case is important, but you should be asking yourself a very important question – is your expert really an expert? Having a dependable person go up on the stand and help you with your case means you need to take the time to make sure that you are choosing someone who is prepared to provide you with the expert testimony your case needs.

We've said it before but it bear repeating, you should always do research on an expert before hiring them for your case. Just because someone has experience working in the banking industry, it does not make them an expert. You should find out what kind of experience they have and if that experience pertains to the case at hand. There are many expert witnesses out there who are willing to provide you with junk opinions that may or may not be accurate. They tend to give black and white answers when, more often than not, an answer in the gray area is necessary. You want to find the experts who are willing to give honest opinions that will actually help your case.

Michael F. Richards is a dedicated banking expert witness who is prepared to offer his expert testimony for your case. Read more about his expertise to see why he would be an asset to your case.
